We work closely with individuals who are rebuilding strength, confidence, and body awareness — and we always encourage you to move in a way that aligns with your provider’s guidance and your own comfort level.

Your Starting Point

  • You’ll begin with a private session

  • We’ll review your health history and any precautions

  • We’ll assess movement patterns and build foundational strength

  • When ready, you may transition into small group classes if appropriate
