The philosophy behind these classes is for all of them to work in harmony with each other, building upon the balance and strength you gain differently from each. An intermediate class that builds on foundational principles, introducing dynamic sequences, strength challenges, and multidimensional movement to deepen your practice.

Level & Pacing: Level 2/3 Intermediate - Advanced, dynamically paced
Build+ offers the full-body integration and thoughtful flow of our signature Build class, with an added twist each session. You may see jumpboard work, weights, mat sequences, or even Pilates chair work to challenge your strength in new and engaging ways.
