Private Sessions
Looking for Individualized Support?
We offer Private and semi-private (duo or trio) sessions with multiple instructors. Private sessions are an hour long, and are a great option for either A) people new to Pilates who are a bit nervous to jump straight in a class, or just want to learn the fundamentals first, or B) anyone with injuries or who has not been active in a long time. Semi-privates are great for people who want a more customized workout at a lower price than a private - they can grab a friend and set up semi-privates to cut down on the price.

Private Sessions
Tier 3 – Owner
$110 per session
Sessions with our owner are available on a limited basis and are ideal for clients seeking individualized guidance for working with specific needs. With experience working with special populations such as EDS/hypermobility, POTS, and other chronic conditions or injuries, these sessions focus on building strength, stability, and confidence through safe, mindful movement. Ali will see you for an initial assessment, and your first few sessions until you are ready to step into group classes or ongoing private training with another one of our incredible instructors.
Tier 2 – Instructor
$100 per session or $90 on a package
Our standard private session rate. These sessions are taught by our experienced instructors, who bring a thoughtful, hands-on approach to help you move safely and confidently toward your goals. They’re skilled in working with a wide range of clients — from those managing injuries or movement limitations to those looking to build strength and deepen their Pilates practice.
Tier 1 – Apprentice
$50 per session
Discounted private sessions with our apprentice instructors, who are actively completing their instructor training under the guidance of our senior staff. A great option for clients seeking a budget-friendly way to experience the benefits of personalized Pilates or to add an extra session or two into their routine.
