Pure Balance Pilates partners with PTs and medical providers to support patients transitioning from rehab to sustainable, strength-based movement.

Movement Support Beyond the Clinic

Trusted by Local Providers

“I’ve worked with Ali and her team with a number of patients, and they are always quick to refer to the appropriate providers. They do a great job recognizing what is a true injury that should be evaluated by a healthcare professional versus normal hesitation when returning to movement after completing therapy. They believe in a team approach and always encourage patients to do what aligns with their body and their beliefs.”

We are not appropriate for:

  • Individuals not yet cleared for exercise

Pure Balance Pilates is not a substitute for physical therapy or medical care. We only work with clients who have been medically cleared for exercise and are happy to coordinate with providers when appropriate.
